When my kids were younger, I worked an off shift and barely got to see them during the week - especially during the school year. So, to stay in touch, I bought a couple notebooks and wrote a little note in them when I got home at night for them to read in the morning. Then, when they got a chance, they would write back before bedtime for me to read when I got home. These notebooks became the kid's "Dad Books." It was a great way for us to stay connected. I hope this Dad Book does the same for you.
A Peek Inside
Hey, Dad:
While you're at work, your kids can use these pages to write you notes about their day, ask questions, draw pictures, or anything else they want you to see.
Dad Says:
When you get home from work, use these pages to respond to your child's notes, ask questions of your own, write a dad joke, or give advice. (You can draw pictures, too, if you want to!)
